Welcome to The Encounter.
One encounter can change everything.
What began as a step of faith became something I will never forget. In October 2026, we gathered for our very first Encounter, and I am grateful for every person who showed up and helped bring this vision to life.
The Encounter was created to bring women together through faith, worship, the Word, and genuine sisterhood. That purpose hasn't changed.
As we prepare for 2027, I look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces. There is so much more ahead and I hope you'll be part of it.

THE STORY BEHIND THE ENCOUNTER
Before there was The Encounter, there was a becoming.
Becoming Her: On This Side of Glory is more than the story behind the woman building this room. It is a testimony of heartbreak, surrender, rebuilding, and choosing to show up when shame said to stay hidden.
The same obedience that led Chele’ J. to share her story also gave birth to The Encounter, a space where women can release what they have carried, meet God again, and become who He has called them to be.
Show up. Heal. Become.
